A unique, intimate and special vocal experience through the songs that inspire and move its audiences. With Meg's soulful, daring and versatile voice accompanied by a smooth emotive pianist. Be taken through re-arrangements of timeless jazz classics and powerful soul numbers in a night of live music we all know and love.

Meg is a talented up and coming jazz vocalist, part way through her studies on the flagship jazz course at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Meg takes inspiration from both contemporary artists such as Esperanza Spalding and Cecile McLorin Salvant, as well as legendary jazz vocalists like Betty Carter and Sarah Vaughan giving Meg a sound that is contemporary and yet loyal to the jazz tradition. Based in East London, Meg performs regularly in venues such as Babel Art House, Escudo de Cuba and the Dalston Eastern Curve Garden. Her unique tone which is both ‘rich and mellow’ has a capacity to deal with both the full range of jazz standards as well as enabling her to place her own signature upon a more modern repertoire.

Ed rice Is graduating from part two of the artist masters at the prestigious guildhall school of music and drama. His Melodic style is reminiscent of early nat king cole and lester young. Ed has worked closely with singers and has a natural instinctive sensitivity to the american songbook that perfectly complements Lydia's graceful style.
