Performing originals and her own arrangement of well-known jazz standards. Bulgarian composer & jazz vocalist Ami graduated from Birmingham Conservatoire before coming to London to study Jazz at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She has had the honour to perform with top outfits such as the Nova Sisters, DB Big Band, Sambuca Diaries Big Band and the Soul Survivors.

She has won the award for “Best Vocal Improvisation” in Gorna Oriqhovitsa, Bulgaria. Ami has been mentored by some of the most prestigious teachers in music including Joe Broughton, Pete Daley, Martin Riley, Lee Gibson and Malcolm Edmonstone.

Featuring Chris Eldred on piano. Both Ami & Chris have performed at the some of the most exciting stages in London, around the UK and internationally, including Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, Spice of Life, Symphony Hall and Town Hall Birmingham and the Royal Albert Hall.

With influences from around the globe, including the Americas, Great Britain and Eastern Europe, they have a unique youthful quality to their craft, and a mature sound.

After a crazy summer of running around the stage as Daveed Diggs (The fresh prince of big hair) in the Hamilton spoof SPAMILTON at the Menier Chocolate Factory ....Jason is stopping for the night at the Toulouse Lautrec with a selection of comical and not so comical songs with a few hidden surprises during the night before heading off to Pantoland.
